Tom has always had a passion for painting, and his achievements go way back to his childhood.  In sixth grade, he was featured on a local Chicago television show after winning first place in the state of Illinois for a portrait of Abraham Lincoln!

His career path led him to receive a BS in Marketing, and a Masters in Business Administration.  He spent over 25 years as a successful marketing executive in the toy industry.  He also started his own toy company at one point.  His creativity, sense of humor and drive made him a force to be reckoned with.

In December 2019 Tom was forced to undergo a kidney transplant due to an inherited family disease.  After much reflection and soul searching, he decided to quit the rat race and return to his passion in art.

Tom has had some training, but basically is a self taught artist.  He considers his style "Malerisch", or a "Celebration of Paint".

His use of color and free movement of the brush result in meaningful and unique pieces. Tom's paintings feature unique brushstrokes, bold colors and paint.  Lots of paint.

After living in California for the last two decades, Tom recently moved to Colorado to be near family and explore our beautiful mountains and wildlife.

He currently is living in Berthoud, CO and is enjoying the small town atmosphere and sense of community.

Tom recently moved into studio #105 in the Artworks Loveland building in Loveland, CO.  You can see his works there and in other local small businesses around Loveland.
